Gamma Ray guitar tabs

Postby Petti » 15 Aug 2009 09:08

I couldn't find any guitar thread... Okay to be honest I didn't look xD

But here you can discuss guitar tabs and say wich you can and ask questions and stuff...

Is this really the heaven or hell tab http://www.911tabs.com/link/?2044814

I think it sounds good but not like when Gamma Ray plays it... Maybe because they don't use acoustic guitar.

I can a part of Valley Of The King solo as well.
What we need right now is a miracle on earth.

The tabs you can find on the Internet are not official tabs. These tabs are made by guitarists who play by ear and then write it on Guitar Pro, so it can show mistakes. There are some Japanese Score Books but it's hard to find and it can show mistakes too (official Gamma Ray tabs don't exist).

Hi, I'm new on the forum...
I've looked for some tabs on the internet too, and even tough they're not official, I've played some, and they sound pretty similar. Heaven or Hell's intro sounds, I think, exactly the same, and for all Gamma's Fans, I think it's easy to learn, and stills sounds awesome

Now, speaking about tabs... Do you think a song is well tabbed when it sounds the same than the original? Or it must be played at the same strings and frets too?

This is not really important. It sounds the same. As would say Yngwie Malmsteen, "use your ears, and if it sounds good, it's good".
